The Talent Portfolio Program Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of IM’s Global Talent processes, practices and frameworks used to help grow, engage and retain our talent.
We are looking for an action-oriented, pragmatic and experienced Program Manager (PM) to support the evolution and implementation of our Global Talent Portfolio as part of the Global Talent & Learning Solutions Team. The right candidate will have deep talent expertise and a demonstrated record of accomplishment in designing and implementing talent processes, practices and program/project management. The successful candidate must have experience in managing and facilitating multiple talent processes or programs at once, must be comfortable working with ambiguity, and relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment. Formal training or education in Talent Management, Human Performance Technology, and Talent Development is highly desirable.
What you will do:
Accountable for the implementation of multiple, global deployments of talent processes (eg Talent Mapping & Calibration, Succession Planning, Career Conversations, Goal Achievement Review, Goal Setting)
Plan and communicate key milestones. Prepare support materials including comms and enablement guides together with implementation support colleagues
Scope and implement KPIs that inform meaningful talent management discussions and spotlight the enterprise talent pipeline. Prepare regular reporting for the business as required
Leverage Workday functionalities as well as potential external vendor partnerships to determine a scalable approach to global talent management
Serve as the SME to our stakeholders including building awareness of our talent management roadmap
Partner with HRBPs to help define the needs of the business and evolve relevant talent management strategy and processes, always with a global mindset
Drive learning and enablement around the above topics to support our culture of high performance and talent engagement
Support annual talent management processes with a repeatable after action review (AAR) to drive continuous organizational learning
What you will bring to the role:
Deep experience of design and delivery of talent management portfolio / frameworks
Program management and administration skills: organization, managing details, ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities,risk management, time management, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
Aptitude for learning and using technology for data analysis
Availability to travel (% Total travel: 10% - Overnight travel: 10%.
