Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic design, communication and engagement strategy for retirement and financial wellbeing programs.
Manage oversight of the 401k plan and other financial wellbeing programs
Provide strategic vendor management to ensure an elevated employee experience
Identify for innovative ways to deliver value for investment for Iron Mountain and for our employees
Ensure compliance with with regulatory and legislative requirements
Manage retirement and investment committees
Develop strategic roadmap for financial wellbeing programs that aligns with Iron Mountain overall wellbeing offering
Manage oversight of plan audits, plan notice requirements and any other plan actions required of a plan fiduciary
Develop and deliver executive dashboards on key performance indicators for key targets and goals for evolving the financial wellbeing of Iron Mountain associates
Partner across internal and external stakeholders to ensure an integrated experience
