Job Overview:

This position will be part of Iron Mountain’s Global Benefits, Wellbeing and Mobility Team. Reporting to Benefits Manager, International Benefits & Mobility, this role will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the design and delivery of global relocation and mobility needs for all Iron Mountain employees.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage oversight of policy and program delivery of global mobility services including Mobility & Relocation policies and services, Immigration and Tax services

  • Continually assess the global mobility program to ensure it continues to meet business needs, delivers a thoughtful employee experience, administrative efficiency and a balance of financial value for the business and employee

  • Develop proactive vendor relationships and vendor performance metrics to improve assignee experiences

  • Manage and deliver operational metrics to track activities, highlight trends and areas of improvement

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to solicit feedback

  • Develop and deliver educational sessions so expectations are clear for the business, internal stakeholders and employees

  • Develop strategic recommendations on both the design and delivery model

  • Provide programmatic and financial oversight of all aspects of global mobility and coordinate with internal stakeholders - accounting, finance, HR, Talent Acquisition - as well as external vendor resources - Tax-prep, Mobility and Relocation and Immigration services to manage and report on expenses and budget projections

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility with a clear understanding of mobility best-practices, taxation, social security and immigration

  • Strong executive presence

  • Positive demeanor when dealing with competing or shifting priorities

  • Strong influencing skills to solve complex problems through negotiation and consensus building

  • Experience with respect to diverse cultures and different levels within an organization

  • Strong business and HR acumen including excellent decision making, problem-solving skills and critical and analytical thinking

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills

  • Experience working in an environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
