The main purpose of the role is to execute the benefits administration for one or more countries in the EMEA region, collaborate with the CoE and ensure excellent employee experience in the supported area.
Main responsibilities and tasks :
Benefits enrolment coordination & testing
Coordinates employee communications related to benefits, with input from the CoE and support from the direct supervisor
Eligibility monitoring and tracking.
Support policy updates and maintenance.
Acts as an SME internally and for the service providers
Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums
Handle complex benefits queries and / or escalations
Handle reimbursement procedures
Assist with the management relationships and coordinate tasks with vendors.
Collaborate and maintain professional communication with accounting department
3-4 years years of Operational experience supportive different markets (HR, Benefits or Total Rewards), at least one of it with Benefits administration
Solid understanding of benefits administration, preferably in more than one EMEA location
Understanding of the UK benefits context is a strong advantage
Fluency in English, other European languages will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow will be an advantage
Comfortable with change and ambiguity
