ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Recruitment Marketing & Employment Brand Specialist is a skillful storyteller and a passionate brand champion, who knows how to inspire through the use of interactive methods such as social media, testimonials, creative content, and the ability to create culture and brand ambassadors . You create work that creatively demonstrates the strategic direction of the organization in a memorable and meaningful way – with a focus on recruitment. (Engaging and attracting top talent for Iron Mountain.) You strike a balance between creativity, innovation, strategy and operational execution. This person will be responsible for the recruitment marketing strategy across all 6 countries in LATAM. (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Peru.) It reports through the Global Talent Acquisition COE and will cross collaborate with other functions across the organization.
You will envision, align, and drive our internal brand closely connecting it to our employer brand and external Iron Mountain brand. Creative multimedia execution and delivery will be your specialty from print, digital, video, and audio – you use these as your tool to communicate the strategy, vision, and values of the organization. Externally, you will manage the creation of strategy and content/collateral related to the global recruitment Employer Value Proposition and related branding initiatives promoting Iron Mountain as an employer of choice, maintaining a keen vision on how to execute and embed the employer brand internally and externally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Partner cross functionally (Talent Acquisition, Marketing, HR, Business Units, Communications) to understand business goals, culture, talent strategy, and build creative content to position IRM as an Employer of Choice across our 6 LATAM countries
Produce campaign collateral for online and offline channels.
Partner with potential vendors to execute on the recruitment marketing strategy
Attend and manage in-person and virtual career fairs
Gather employee testimonials to paint a picture of “what does it mean to work at IRM.”
Produces a wide variety of communications, recruiting, and training materials for print, web, social media, intranet, video and other digital/electronic venues
Generate multimedia messaging content that resonates across multiple audiences, geographies, cultures and communication vehicles, including current and future employees, social/traditional media, job boards and diverse channels.
Drive employer brand awareness in order to increase attraction across all talent profiles.
Partner with the Talent team to develop a holistic digital recruiting strategy aligning with the global Employer Value Proposition with the ability to flex with business and labor market(s) demands.
KEY AREAS OF IMPACT
Be culturally understanding and sensitive to our 6 unique countries and develop strategies that resonate in each market
Be the voice of the broader strategic context within the company – use business strategy as a creative constraint for yourself and the team
Serve as the recruiting subject matter expert on brand purpose, integrated campaign best practices, trends and opportunities
Know what is right for the brand – fight for it; know when to partner and when to challenge
Design our model for creative internal operational excellence, managing the process for design, development and production of all online and offline assets
Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Brand Activation
Support the engagement of different employee populations (Frontline workers as well as professional level corporate employees.)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Experience working in talent acquisition. You understand the full recruitment life cycle.
You have a demonstrated record of accomplishment building and executing employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies
You have previously worked in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal. Portuguese is a bonus.
5+ years of professional level experience in either a marketing or recruitment agency, corporate environment and/or large global organization
You have a passion for, and are a great writer and storyteller
