We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TA team. This is a hybrid role, based in Cluj-Napoca, perfect for someone with recruitment experience who is eager to grow their career in a company that offers real opportunities for development and advancement.
Your role in our mission
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the recruitment and onboarding processes across Romania, assisting in all aspects of recruiting to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with our teams in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest to contribute to our talent acquisition efforts and drive our mission forward.
We are looking for someone with a strong ability to self-prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, especially when handling and ensuring the accuracy of confidential information.
A customer-focused and proactive mindset is crucial, along with a strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is important, particularly in building rapport, actively listening, and asking pertinent questions. You should also have a positive attitude, the ability to easily build relationships across teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (email and calendar management). Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Previous experience in recruiting or human resources would be a plus, as would knowledge of local labor laws and employment documentation. Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS or ATS systems (preferably Workday) is desirable, as is proficiency with G Suite for Business. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is critical, and an interest in learning and growing within the recruitment function is highly valued.
