We have a new opportunity for a Manager of Reward Programs, based remotely in EMEA to collaborate with the Total Rewards and HR team on the delivery of key reward initiatives that support the global total Rewards strategy. The focus of this role is to drive execution of projects and programs by providing specialist support, technical expertise and reward project management capabilities to HR and the wider business. This includes driving planning and execution of both strategic and tactical/operational activities on topics such as job architecture, job evaluation, post-merger integration planning, reward harmonization and HR technology. In addition, the Manager of Reward Programs will participate in the delivery of annual processes, such as merit and incentive compensation planning.
What you will do
Drive the development, communication and implementation of compensation & benefit projects.
Assist in the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Conducting critical path analysis and develop work plans for project implementation.
Provide data analysis, research and preparation of project deliverables.
Build relationships and communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
Develop and execute change management activities as needed to affect buy-in and adoption on new reward processes and technology.
Provide clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization.
Lead activities to increase compensation effectiveness through improved processes and technology.
Support the total rewards leadership team with specific initiatives and projects as assigned.
Recommend enhancements or changes to current compensation programs, policies, and processes for both immediate and long-term objectives, ensuring our programs and practices are innovative, efficient and effective.
What you will bring
Bachelor Degree plus significant relevant International HR/Reward experience.
Advanced-level expertise with international compensation & benefits is essential.
Experience with working on international projects involving change management.
Ability to conduct research, analyse data and present findings in a concise format.
Bias toward action and hands-on approach.
Able to work collaboratively within a globally diverse environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Proficient with HR technology and Google business applications. Ideally experience with Workday.
