Our EMEA HR organisation has been undergoing a period of large investment and transformation during 2020. As part of this transformation project we require a Payroll Manager/ Consultant to assume responsibility for the management and processing of 6 payrolls across United Kingdom and Ireland with oversight of shadow payrolls.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until June 2021.
You will be accountable for maintaining process effectiveness and efficiency across all activities within your area of expertise by supporting process design, monitoring of process compliance and integrity, obtaining resolution for escalated cases and communicating back to the HRO supplier.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:
Experience in managing/specialising in payroll operations with specific working knowledge of UK and Irish payroll including taxation, holiday pay and recent IR35 changes.
Strong aptitude for business process analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strong analysis, problem solving, proactive root cause analysis, customer interfacing and conflict resolution skills.
Proficient in written and verbal English, additional languages are desired.
