We have a requirement for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA team with a particular focus on supporting all corporate functions, Global Digital Solutions, Strategic Sales and Data Centre businesses throughout the region.
What you will do
In this role, you will act as the point of contact for recruitment of Professional/ Specialist individuals and Senior Management & Directors within our corporate and sales functions. As part of this, your duties will include;
Building relationships with hiring managers throughout the North America and EMEA regions to understand their current and future requirements.
Sourcing and selecting candidates via a variety of attraction methods including advertising, referrals, and creating talent pools.
Assist HR Business Partners to define strategic workforce plans for their business area.
Managing the full recruitment process; including assessment, offers and collaborating with HR Operations to ensure the enjoyable on boarding of new employees.
Advise managers on recruiting best practice including candidate assessment and internal processes.
Work with the Compensation team to ensure we are competitive across the entire region, ensuring the manager's and candidate's expectations are managed.
Liaise with various internal stakeholders within HR and the greater organisation to assist in process and system improvements.
What you will bring
We are looking for a strong relationship builder with the business acumen to dig deep on the requirements of the hiring management by understanding where we are as an organisation and our aspirations for the future.
You must also possess the following;
Significant experience sourcing professional and senior candidates from Cloud, SaaS, BPO, Enterprise Content Management organisations.
You will have a general knowledge of relevant legislation and an awareness of diversity and inclusion when recruiting.
Strong IT skills including applicant tracking software and people management software. A working knowledge of Workday Recruiter is highly beneficial.
Self-motivated with a work ethic that will allow you to work remotely with little supervision whilst meeting the high demands of the business.
Written and spoken English to a professional proficiency is essential. German would also be highly advantageous but not essential.
