Iron Mountain Digital Solutions team is GROWING! Digital Solutions integrates physical records management, imaging, and electronic storage, managing our customers' information for its complete lifecycle and enhancing their business processes. Our solutions make information more accessible and actionable, enhance compliance and security, improve workflows, and reduce the total cost of information management.
The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a large Iron Mountain programs facilitating the Public Trust Clearance process for all new employees and ensuring all current employees maintain their eligibility. The Onboarding Coordinator will act as the liaison between candidates, recruiters, and HR for all onboarding documentation for frontline new hires.
Execute key operational components to support recruitment and onboarding processes for clearance documentation completion and management for new employees.
Assist new employees in scheduling fingerprint appointments.
Review all Public Trust clearance forms for completeness and accuracy. Work with employees on any necessary corrections.
Submit completed clearances packages and upload all documents into Iron Mountain’s Threat Switch program.
Take ownership of all clearance administration assigned, track and monitor all employees through the process, and provide weekly status updates.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment while providing exceptional service to candidates and employees and prioritize competing demands
Strong problem solving, project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships with all levels of employees and candidates.
Task oriented with experience following a structured process
Proven experience working in a high-volume performance-driven environment
Proficiency using Google Product suites
High School/Secondary Education or Equivalent
Must have a current Public Trust Clearance or be able to obtain one.
Demonstrates customer orientation and excellent customer service skills
Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve issues
Proven written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative
Perform both as a team player and independent contributor
Excellent attention to detail to ensure work is thorough and accurate (e.g. keyboarding and proofreading skills)
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential
Verbal & written fluency in English

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Some experience with handling Government Documents
Experience providing administrative support to a team
Interacts and interfaces with candidates, internal customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role
Develops partnerships with recruiting teams to co-create solutions and transform hiring manager, recruiter and candidate experience
Interact with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to support interview scheduling, pre-hire due diligence, and issue resolution throughout the recruiting and onboarding processes
