The TA Admin will work mainly to support the Recruiters and the TA Manager with TA administrative activities. This is a regional role, the TA Admin will work on processes in Chile, Argentina and Brazil.

It is also expected that this person assists recruiters in initial recruitment activities such as sourcing and screening, and closely support candidates, recruiters and managers in hiring activities. You will act as a true business partner for all things related to talent, recruiting, and hiring. This is a “utility player” position working across the organization.


  • Assist in the recruitment process - scheduling candidates, candidate communication

  • Prepare and customize employment contract agreement/ Offer Letter

  • Handle back ground checks

  • Tracking Workday Report accuracy, status at different stages, training recruiters on how to use Workday

  • Coordinating with recruitment team in Drives Candidate communication/follow up

  • Managing the offer processes-ensure data accuracy of the offers

  • Eventually assume part of recruitment processes (source and screening)


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Fluent or Advanced English and Spanish

  • Experience of full life-cycle recruiting supporting exempt and non-exempt hiring

  • Proven ability working with administrative procedures

  • Experience handling sensitive/confidential information

  • Proficiency with Google Suite for Business, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Experience using applicant tracking system software or other integrated systems (Workday preferred)

  • Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, team player, analytical and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with teammates of all levels

  • Customer centric focusing on the hiring manager, candidate, recruiters and customer experience.
